Floral

Floral scents were one of the first perfume scents ever made! The first perfumes were made in Mesopotamia, Egypt, and Ancient China and consisted of bergamot, coriander, a combination of many other ingredients, and of course, flowers. Two flowers share the throne of the ultimate favorite in the perfume industry – rose, and jasmine. These two notes grace almost every iconic perfume in history. Floral notes perform great when on their own in a perfume (as the traditional French soliflore perfume), but are best combined with animalic and woody notes to create a great depth of scent like in the iconic Chanel No. 5. Other popular notes include ylang-ylang with its oriental flair, orange blossom, lilies, and irises among many others. Floral notes are one of the most abundant notes found in perfumery, so we’ve gathered and sorted them in the Floral category.

Here are a few perfume note results

After you have selected the perfume note category that interests you, you will get a list of perfume notes here. These notes are actually fragrance oils, some of them natural, some of them synthetic. And they are all being used as we speak in the process of making your favorite perfumes. If the perfume with a specific list of notes is really a solid perfume, the entire mix of perfume notes is built to last and project. That can be achieved by carefully placing fragrance oils as base, mid, and top scents for the perfume. Of course, calculating the amounts for each oil very essential. We are not going to waste more of your precious time. Here are perfume notes for the selected category...
