Francisco "Paco" Rabaneda Cuervo, better and widely referred to as Paco Rabanne was born in San Sebastian, the Spanish Basque region on 18 February 1934. He spent his childhood under the bombing of Spain, and later fled Spain and went to France with his mother when the Spanish Civil war broke out. They went on exile for the reason that his family was republican. Prior to that, his mother was positioned and worked as a chief seamstress for the renowned Fashion House Balenciaga. Paco Rabanne presented his first fragrance In 1973 with Paco Rabanne pour homme. In 1993 he released XS pour homme and a year later XS pour elle a version for womens a floral, transparent perfume. In 1995 he rolls out his first unisex fragrance Paco that was presented in a recyclable metallic container. Paco Energy followed three years later, while Ultraviolet perfume for women was introduced in 1999 with the men’s version following the next year. Black XS for men in 2005 was accompanied by the female version Black XS for women in 2007 while probably his most popular release 1 Million for men was introduced in 2008 and the ladies version Lady Million in 2010. There have been several seasonal releases for the 1 Million and Lady Million collections since then.
